Simple Pleasures

There are few greater joys than eating a slice of home-made bread with home-made peach jam, made from sweet white peaches fresh from the local farmers market. I have a feeling the 8 jars of jam I made aren't going to last very long. Guess I'll just have to make more next week!! (and blackberries are now ripe too... mmm, blackberry peach cobbler...)
